CRISIL is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Equity Valuation team in Mumbai. This role offers hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and financial research, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in equity analysis and valuation.

Eligibility
- Pursuing CA
- Experience up to 1 year
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret client requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Provide valuation services for various purposes
- Build financial models based on business and industry dynamics
- Apply valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and market comparable approach
- Identify comparable companies and benchmark performance
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with assumptions and rationale
- Conduct ad-hoc research and portfolio valuation (loans, equities, NCDs, CCPS, OCPS, derivatives, AIFs, etc.)
- Analyse business performance, credit quality, cash flows, and discount rates
- Assess expected credit loss (ECL) for recovery estimation
- Support senior management in assignments
- Track industry trends and updates
