About the Opportunity
Flex India is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Internal Audit team in Chennai. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to internal audits, SOX reviews, risk management, and internal controls within a multinational manufacturing environment while working closely with experienced audit professionals.

Eligibility
- CA Intermediate with both groups cleared.
- Eligible to pursue CA Industrial Training.
What You Will Work On
- Assist in conducting internal audits and SOX reviews across various departments.
- Collect, analyse, and document audit evidence to support audit findings.
- Prepare audit working papers and draft audit observations.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and testing of internal controls.
- Assist in preparing internal audit reports and management presentations.
- Follow up on audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes while maintaining audit documentation and confidentiality.
