About the Opportunity
Genpact is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for a Pricing role in Gurgaon. The opportunity is suitable for CA students interested in commercial finance, pricing analysis, financial modelling, and business decision support. The role offers practical exposure to financial analysis, database handling, stakeholder coordination, and pricing-related commercial work in a corporate environment.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

- Analyzing data to understand the financial impact of business decisions.
- Supporting development of financial models for pricing and commercial projects.
- Preparing and managing databases, pivot tables, and analysis reports.

- Assisting in reporting, presentation preparation, and financial analysis tasks.
- Supporting multiple pricing and business finance initiatives as assigned.
