About the Opportunity

Glean is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Bengaluru office. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, payroll, audits, compliance, and finance operations in a high-growth technology environment. The position follows a hybrid work model with four days in office.

Eligibility

• CA student eligible for industrial training
• Minimum 12 months of articleship remaining
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage

Stipend / Salary

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and company policies.

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Preparing variance analysis and management reports
• Assisting in internal and statutory audit processes
• Handling fixed asset register maintenance and reconciliations
• Supporting payroll verification and payroll account reconciliations
• Assisting in compliance with accounting, tax, and payroll regulations
