About the Job

Heller Manntyton is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern (Industrial Trainee) to join the Finance & Accounts team at HellermannTyton Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for CA Final Year students who have completed two years of articleship and are eligible to pursue industrial training.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure across core finance functions, including accounting operations, tax compliance, audit support, financial planning, and reporting.

Eligibility

• CA Final Year student who has completed 2 years of articleship and is eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (data entry, ledger maintenance, account reconciliations)
• Support preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
• Assist with filing and compliance of tax returns – GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Participate in internal & external audits – documentation & query handling
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Contribute to treasury functions – bank reconciliation & cash flow monitoring
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports timely and accurately
• Maintain financial records and organize documentation
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and financial research as required
