About the Opportunity

Henkel is hiring an Industrial Trainee for its AFE – IMEA Controlling team in Navi Mumbai. The role offers exposure to regional controlling, business reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Europe and IMEA business controllers in a multinational corporate setup.

What You Will Work On

• Supporting regional closing and financial reporting activities
• Analyzing major movements across P&L line items
• Coordinating with country controllers and regional finance teams
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses, simulations, and presentations
• Validating and reviewing financial data from different stakeholders
• Assisting in reporting process improvements and finance initiatives
• Supporting onboarding and coordination activities within the trainee program
