About the Job
Johnson & Johnson is inviting applications for the position of CA Industrial Trainee at its Bangalore office (hybrid). This opportunity allows you to gain exposure to global finance operations through hybrid work, engaging in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance Partnering (BUF), and Account to Report (ATR) within a multinational healthcare environment
Eligibility
- Currently in the 2nd year of Articleship in the CA course.
- Preference for candidates from Big 4 firms or those with CA Inter cleared with a rank.

Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, upholding the J&J Credo.
- Support finance teams in FP&A, BUF, or ATR functions.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across assigned areas.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams for alignment and consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote standardization.
- Contribute to innovation and efficiency initiatives across finance functions.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clarity in expression and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Open-minded, adaptable to rapid change, and receptive to new technologies.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of organization and digital literacy (automation and intelligent tools).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
- Flexibility to work in shifts to align with global teams across Asia.
