About the Opportunity
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Plant Finance team at Kagal. The role is designed for CA Final students eligible for industrial training who are interested in manufacturing finance, plant operations, and costing. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to finance operations within a large manufacturing business.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.
- Interest in Plant Finance and Costing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel.
- Willingness to work from Kagal, Maharashtra.

What You Will Work On
- Supporting plant finance and cost management activities.
- Assisting in inventory controls and inventory-related finance processes.
- Supporting Accounts Payable activities and customer reconciliations for the IBG business.
- Assisting in cost analysis and preparation of finance reports.
- Participating in physical inventory verification and statutory audits.
- Working with plant teams to support business and operational finance requirements.
- Using MS Office and Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and finance support.
