About the Opportunity
Lodha Group is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Financial Reporting team. This opportunity is ideal for CA students eligible for Industrial Training who want to gain practical exposure to financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial statement preparation in a large corporate environment. Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements under Ind AS and IGAAP.
- Supporting financial reporting and regulatory reporting activities.
- Coordinating with statutory auditors during audit assignments.
- Performing ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in regulatory and compliance reporting.
- Collaborating with Finance, Tax, Company Secretarial, and Audit teams on reporting requirements.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
