About the Industrial Training Opportunity
Mastek Limited is urgently hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Business Finance (FP&A) team at the Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time, 12-month industrial training opportunity offering hands-on exposure to business finance in a corporate environment.
Position Details
- Role: CA Industrial Trainee – Business Finance
- Joining: By the last week of January 2026
- Duration: 12 months

Eligibility
- CA Final student eligible for 12 months of Industrial Training
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial modeling
- Good understanding of accounting standards and business finance concepts
- Effective communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Variance analysis, trend analysis, and management reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Financial modeling; budget vs. actual analysis
- Financial Planning: Support business strategy analysis and performance reviews
- Cost Control: Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and report controls
- Data Management: Maintain and analyze large datasets using Excel
- Business Insights: Provide analytical insights into financial performance
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and HR for accurate reporting
