About the Opportunity
Mondelēz International is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its finance team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role offers practical exposure to planning, budgeting, financial analysis, MIS reporting, and compliance while working on finance projects in a global FMCG company.

Eligibility
- Eligible to pursue CA Industrial Training.
- Scheduled to appear for the CA Final examination in November 2027 or January 2028 (subject to ICAI guidelines).
- Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in the first attempt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Stipend / Salary
₹40,000 per month.
What You Will Work On
- Assist in planning and budgeting activities.
- Track actual financial performance and perform variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for business reporting.
- Support the plant finance team in strengthening financial controls.
- Assist with compliance-related finance activities.
- Analyse financial data to support business decisions.
- Work with finance teams on reporting and process improvement initiatives.
