About the Job
Motorola Solutions is inviting applications for the position of CA Industrial Trainee in its Corporate Tax Team. The internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate and international taxation, including tax advisory, compliance, and interaction with tax consultants and legal professionals.
Team
Corporate Tax Team
The role provides exposure to Indian and international tax laws, tax assessments and litigation support, transfer pricing compliance, tax audits, and corporate tax filings, along with coordination with internal finance and external advisory teams.
Eligibility
- CA Level 2 completed as per ICAI regulations
- Strong interest in corporate and international taxation
- Basic understanding of the Income-tax Act, 1961
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and filings
- Supporting tax advisory assignments and evaluating tax implications of business decisions
- Conducting research on corporate income tax issues, treaties, exemptions, and compliance requirements
- Assisting in preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports
- Supporting tax audits, assessments, and filings under Indian Income-tax laws
- Monitoring regulatory changes and supporting internal coordination for tax matters
- Assisting in tax accounting and provisioning activities
