About the Role

Pramerica Life Insurance is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Internal Audit department at its Gurgaon office. The role provides robust exposure to internal audit processes, risk assessment, controls testing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated financial services environment.

Eligibility

• Pursuing CA Final
• Prior exposure to audit, accounting or finance functions is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments as per the audit plan
• Conduct walkthroughs to understand business processes and identify key risks and controls
• Perform testing of controls, analyse audit evidence, and prepare audit working papers
• Support preparation of internal audit reports, highlighting gaps and inefficiencies
• Participate in special reviews, investigations, and management-requested assignments
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit information
• Coordinate with process owners and cross-functional teams for data and clarifications
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function

Stipend

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Gurgaon – Sector 48

Duration

12 months (as per ICAI Industrial Training Guidelines)
