About the Opportunity
Pratt & Whitney is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Bengaluru office. The role is suitable for CA students eligible for industrial training under ICAI guidelines and interested in gaining exposure to finance processes, reporting, operational support, and process improvement within a global aerospace and manufacturing environment.

Eligibility
- CA students eligible for industrial training under ICAI guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
- Power BI skills will be an added advantage
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting finance and reporting activities for business operations
- Assisting with process documentation and preparation of process notes
- Working on data analysis and reporting using Excel and presentation tools
- Supporting process improvement and operational finance initiatives
- Assisting in SAP-based finance and accounting activities where required
- Coordinating with internal teams for reporting and compliance support
- Gaining exposure to finance operations within a global manufacturing environment
