Rentomojo is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee (CA Final) for its finance team in Bangalore.
This role offers exposure to strategic finance functions in a high-growth startup environment, enabling candidates to work closely with business teams and gain practical insights into financial decision-making.
Eligibility
- CA Final student
- Cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups)
- Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Areas of Exposure
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Financial Modelling & Projections:
- Building financial models to support strategic decisions
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Managing liquidity, working capital, and funding strategies
Variance & Trend Analysis:
- Identifying deviations, analyzing business drivers, and optimizing performance
