About the Opportunity

Resurgent India Limited is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Investment Banking team in Gurugram for a one-year training period. The role offers hands-on exposure to fundraising, deal sourcing, investor communication, market research, and transaction support within a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Eligibility

• Eligible for CA Industrial Training
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment banking
• Interest in financial modelling and deal advisory
• Prior VC or IB exposure is an advantage but not mandatory

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in sourcing and evaluating potential investment and fundraising deals
• Supporting preparation of pitch books, investor decks, and information memorandums
• Conducting sector and market research for transaction mandates
• Assisting in financial modelling and transaction analysis work
• Coordinating with venture capital funds, PE investors, and lending institutions
• Supporting fundraising assignments across equity and debt transactions
• Helping maintain communication with portfolio companies and investors
