About the Job
Sterlite Electric is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Internal Audit team. This role offers hands-on exposure to internal audit execution, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks in a large manufacturing organisation.

Eligibility
Candidates must be CA Intermediate / Final students eligible for Industrial Training (ICAI). Applicants should have a basic understanding of internal audit, accounting, and internal controls, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in execution of internal audits as per the approved audit plan
- Supporting implementation and tracking of management action plans
- Supporting testing of internal controls and IFC frameworks
- Performing walkthroughs and documenting business processes and SOPs
- Verifying transactions, supporting documents, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Coordinating with process owners for data collection, clarifications, and audit requirements
- Supporting special reviews, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives

RMZ Infinity, Gurugram
Working Days
5 Days (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
