Valmiki Leela Capital is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee – Investment Banking for its Ahmedabad office.
This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, financial advisory, and transaction support, making it ideal for CA students interested in building a career in investment banking.

Investment Banking
Key Areas of Exposure
- Financial due diligence, valuation support, and transaction advisory
- Ind AS financial reporting and quarterly/annual results review for listed entities
- IPO and capital market assignments
- Financial modelling, industry research, and investor presentations
- Coordination with auditors, legal advisors, and management teams
Eligibility
- CA Articleship student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI regulations
- Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial statements, and corporate finance
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
