About the Job
Z-Tech (India) Ltd. is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for a 12-month training period at its New Delhi location.
This role offers structured exposure across accounting, taxation, audits, MIS, treasury, and process improvement functions.
Stipend
₹20,000 per month
Training Period
12 Months
Job Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Assist in day-to-day accounting, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Assist in reconciliation of bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company accounts
Audit & Compliance
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and concurrent audits
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of audit schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
Taxation
- Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations)
- Support TDS/TCS workings and return filings
- Help in preparation of income tax computations and assessments
Budgeting & MIS
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
Treasury & Banking
- Assist in bank coordination, fund flow statements, and cash management
- Support documentation for loans, LC, BG, and other banking requirements
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Assist in SOP preparation and process standardization
- Identify control gaps and suggest process improvements
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Tally / Oracle) preferred
