About the Opportunity
Blissclub is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee – Finance for its office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This 12-month industrial training programme provides hands-on exposure to budgeting, financial analysis, MIS reporting, accounting, and finance process improvements in a fast-paced startup.

Eligibility
- CA student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support preparation of MIS reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flows and assist with finance reporting.
- Contribute to finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
- Work closely with the finance team on business reporting and operational finance.
