About the Industrial Training Opportunity
Mondelēz International is inviting applications for the role of CA Industrial Trainee to join its Finance team in Mumbai. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure in a global corporate environment, working on challenging finance projects that support business decision-making and operational excellence.
Eligibility
- Scheduled to appear for CA Final in November 2026 or January 2027
- Both groups of CA Intermediate cleared in the first attempt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in Planning and Budgeting
- Actuals tracking and variance analysis
- Preparation of Monthly MIS
- Supporting plant teams in driving controls and compliance
Stipend & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹40,000 per month
- Accommodation: Initial 15 days accommodation provided
- Relocation Support:
- Within-country relocation support available
- Limited support for voluntary international relocation as per company policy
