About the Opportunity
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Corporate Banking — SME Team in Delhi. The trainee will work as an Associate Relationship Manager Trainee during the industrial training period, gaining hands-on exposure to SME banking operations, credit analysis, client relationship management, and business development. Strong performers may be considered for a Relationship Manager (RM) role after successful completion of the training.
Eligibility
- CA student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines.
- At least 2 years of articleship completed.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Good understanding of banking products and SME financing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with commitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing SME client portfolios and maintaining client relationships.
- Support onboarding of new clients, documentation, and compliance.
- Analyse financial statements and assess creditworthiness of SME clients.
- Identify potential SME clients and support business development efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.

- Industrial training duration as per ICAI norms (12 months).
