Cummins India Limited is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Pune office. The role offers practical exposure to internal audits, internal controls, SOX testing, and process improvement initiatives within a multinational manufacturing environment.

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate both groups cleared
• Minimum 1 year of completed CA articleship
• Available for full-time industrial training for 12 months
• Knowledge of SOX testing preferred
• Interest in internal audit and internal controls

Stipend / Salary

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in development and execution of annual internal control plans
• Reviewing and testing financial and operational internal controls
• Assessing business processes to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities
• Preparing process maps, flowcharts, and control documentation
• Assisting in internal audit and SOX testing activities
• Supporting process improvement and accounting control initiatives
• Communicating audit observations and recommendations to stakeholders
