HSBC is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Credit Services Team in Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for CA students seeking corporate exposure in one of the world’s leading multinational banks.

Eligibility

• Cleared both groups of IPCC / CA Intermediate
• Minimum 12 months of articleship training remaining
• B.Com graduates (passed out)
• CA Final attempt due on or after September 2027

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers while protecting the bank’s interests.
• Review security documents and recommend changes in credit limits, ensuring adherence to pre-disbursal requirements.
• Ensure timely security creation and perfection.
• Track CARM approval comments and follow up on business conditions and due dates.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure proper control procedures.
• Support automation initiatives, including thorough testing.
• Meet SLAs, improve turnaround times, enhance straight-through (ST) processing, and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and support implementation of process changes.
• Assist in preparing internal and external MIS reports accurately and on schedule.
