About the Job
Wipro Ltd. is inviting applications for CA Industrial Trainees to join its Finance team in Bengaluru. The role offers exposure across Tax (IDT), Controllership (Record to Report), and Internal Audit functions, providing hands-on corporate finance experience.
- Duration: 12 Months
- Joining: February 2026
Stipend
₹30,000 per month
Eligibility
- Cleared CA Intermediate within 2 attempts.
- 11–12 months of Industrial Training period remaining.
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Tax (IDT)
- Preparation and filing of indirect tax returns using country-specific tools.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Supporting tax audits and handling tax-related queries.
Controllership (Record to Report)
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and improvement areas.
- Collaborating with finance teams to streamline reporting processes.
Internal Audit
- Developing area-wise risk assessments and audit approaches.
- Identifying process and control gaps with root cause analysis.
- Preparing draft audit reports.
