About the Job

KNAV CPA LLP is inviting applications for the role of Associate – Audit & Assurance. This position offers hands-on exposure to Statutory and PCAOB audits with significant interaction with US-based clients, including SEC registrants.

Eligibility

Applicants should be qualified Chartered Accountants with either one year of post-qualification experience in audit or freshly qualified CAs with relevant articleship experience in statutory audits.

Job Description

• Performing audits in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS
• Executing audit procedures under PCAOB / US GAAS, including documentation and testing
• Preparing and maintaining audit workpapers, financial statements, and schedules
• Assisting in audit planning, risk assessments, and identification of key audit areas
• Coordinating with engagement team members to ensure timely completion of audits
• Ensuring compliance with KNAV’s quality standards, documentation, and timelines
