About the Job

Baazar Style Retail Ltd. is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join the Operations Team at Style Baazar. The role focuses on driving financial efficiency across procurement and operational functions.

Responsibilities

The CA will be responsible for financial analysis, cost optimization, vendor management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities include: conducting financial analysis to monitor procurement costs, margins, and operational efficiency; partnering with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analyses; supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement and operational expenses; monitoring working capital, vendor payments, and cash flow related to operations; developing MIS reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs, savings opportunities, and cost deviations; ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in procurement and operations; collaborating with internal audit and control teams to ensure proper checks in operational finance; and providing financial insights to support decision-making on vendor negotiations, procurement contracts, and inventory planning.
