About the Job
Eaton is seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) Industrial Trainee to join the Controls Compliance & Advisory team. This role is ideal for CA aspirants who have completed 2 years of articleship and are eligible per ICAI guidelines.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a strong academic background in accounting, auditing, and internal controls. The duration of the training is 9 to 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in internal control testing and documentation, in line with SOX and other compliance frameworks.
- Supporting risk assessment and control evaluation processes.
- Helping prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
