About the Job
R Taparia & Associates is inviting applications from recently qualified Chartered Accountants for a full-time, on-site position at its Jaipur office. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple domains of professional practice, including accounting, audit, taxation, MIS reporting, and ERP implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional eager to apply technical knowledge to real-world business challenges and contribute to the firm’s growth-oriented financial advisory approach.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (including IFRS) and Indian taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings.
- Auditing: Conduct internal and statutory audits, and prepare detailed audit documentation and reports.
- MIS Reporting: Generate monthly MIS reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
- ERP Implementation: Support implementation and maintenance of ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
