About the Job
Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Cost Trainee (Contractual) to support its Finance team. The trainee will assist the Finance Analyst in areas related to Cost & Inventory and Fixed Assets.
Eligibility
- 1+ years preferred, including Industrial Training (freshers can also apply)
- ICWA – CMA Fully / Inter Qualified
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Academic understanding of costing & fixed assets processes
- Lease accounting
- New product costing
- GL reconciliation
- Preparation of routine reports
- Capitalization, retirement, and master data maintenance of fixed assets
- Participation in select business engagements
- Quarterly costing preparation for commercial and manufacturing
- Pre-closing preparations and technical closing
- Supporting project testing activities
