About the Job
Neel Shah & Associates is inviting applications for Article Assistant (Trainee) roles from CS students/freshers who are eager to build a solid foundation in company secretarial practice through practical learning.
Eligibility
- CS students/freshers with basic knowledge of corporate laws
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Interest in research, drafting, and compliance work
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
What You’ll Learn & Work On
- Corporate & allied laws and secretarial compliances
- Regulatory filings, documentation, and procedural work
- Legal research, drafting, and interpretation
- Exposure to real-time professional and client assignments
Stipend
- Above ICSI norms / based on experience
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
