About the Job

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Cyber Risk & Reg – Enterprise Risk and Controls – Process Audit – Associate in Hyderabad.
This role involves providing PwC’s Advisory services to clients, focusing on internal audit, governance, and risk management processes. The Associate will work with a team to deliver SOX engagements across various business processes.

Eligibility

• Certification(s) Preferred: CA / CPA / CIA.
• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Commerce / B. Com / MBA/ BBA.
• Chartered Accountant.
• Understanding of audit concepts and regulations.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a “Big 4” or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with associates and seniors to deliver SOX engagements for multiple business processes.
• Understand key business processes such as PTP, OTC, Inventory, Payroll, and Fixed Asset.
• Participate in walkthroughs and discussions with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of SOX concepts and risk management.
• Prepare process flowcharts/narratives and risk & control matrix based on process discussions.
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct test of design and operating effectiveness testing and document workpapers.
• Manage engagement budgets, ensure compliance with plans, and utilize technology to innovate.
