SYBYL is hiring a Finance Manager with CA Intermediate Qualification for Kochi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with key business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models to support decision-making.
• Analyse P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet to identify trends and variances.
• Assist in preparing management presentations and investor reports.
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
• Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimisation.
• Assist in financial planning activities, including long-term strategy development.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve financial and operational performance.
• Work closely with business heads to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
• Ensure financial reporting processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in reporting and analysis.
• Implement and improve internal controls to strengthen financial data integrity.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for financial analysis and

reporting requirements.
