About the Job

Danaher India is inviting applications for an FP&A Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy within a global organization.

Eligibility

• CA Final student eligible for 12 months of Industrial Training.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exposure to software such as Oracle.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and business finance concepts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling and budget vs. actuals analysis.
• Contribute to financial planning, business strategy analysis, and performance reviews.
• Analyze costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support cost control initiatives.
• Maintain and analyze large datasets using MS Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and HR teams for reporting and decision support.
