A&M India is hiring an Industrial Trainee – Investment Banking for its Mumbai office.
The role offers hands-on exposure in transaction management, financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic advisory within a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
Origination Support
- Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction opportunities
- Support preparation of pitches and proposals
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking
- Assist in preparation of comparable company and transaction analysis for valuation
Collateral Preparation
- Prepare teasers, information memorandums, and other marketing materials
- Assist in financial modelling and updating financial models
- Conduct research on potential buyers, investors, and targets
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality outputs
- Support colleagues and contribute to a strong team dynamic
Industry Knowledge
- Develop understanding of chosen sectors and sub-sectors
- Support senior members in business development
- Stay updated on sector trends, regulations, and market developments
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared)
- Completed stipulated articleship period
- Preference for rank holders
- Preference for candidates with Big Four articleship experience in Valuations and/or Financial Due Diligence
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
