About the Job
Logibricks is hiring Industrial Trainees for its Customer Success team in Pune. This role offers exposure to client interaction, reconciliation processes, and SaaS-based financial operations in a fast-growing tech environment.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training (minimum 11–12 months remaining)
- CA Inter / CA Finalists who have completed articleship may also apply
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding and setup on LogiRecon
- Prepare reports and reconciliation files
- Respond to client queries and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with the tech team for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation of issues, SLAs, and resolutions
