Post Details
- Post: Industrial Trainee (CA / CMA)
- Total Vacancies: 125 training slots (across CIL & subsidiaries)
- Training Period: 15 months
Eligibility
- Passed CA Intermediate (both groups) OR CMA Intermediate
- Must be registered with ICAI / ICMAI
- Not eligible if already trained for 1 year or more under a similar PSU scheme
Age Limit (as on crucial date):
- UR / EWS: 28 years
- OBC (NCL): 31 years
- SC / ST: 33 years
- Age relaxation applicable for PwD candidates
Selection Process
- Selection based on marks scored in CA / CMA Intermediate
- Merit-based selection with applicable reservation norms
- Candidates must give 9 preferences of CIL / subsidiary companies
- Tie-breaker criteria:
- Age
- Class 10 marks
Key Points
- Posting can be anywhere under CIL or its subsidiaries
- No TA / DA will be provided
- Accommodation is not guaranteed
- One-day leave for every 20 days of training
