About the Training
Coal India Limited is inviting applications for Industrial Trainee (CA / CMA) positions across CIL and its subsidiary companies.
This is a purely training-based engagement, designed to give candidates practical exposure to finance, accounting, and compliance functions in a PSU environment.
Post Details
- Post: Industrial Trainee (CA / CMA)
- Total Vacancies: 125 training slots (across CIL & subsidiaries)
- Training Period: 15 months
Eligibility
- Passed CA Intermediate (Both Groups) OR CMA Intermediate
- Must be registered with ICAI / ICMAI
- Not eligible if already trained for 1 year or more under a similar PSU Industrial Trainee scheme
Age Limit (as on crucial date)
- UR / EWS: 28 years
- OBC (NCL): 31 years
- SC / ST: 33 years
- Age relaxation applicable for PwD candidates as per rules
Selection Process
- Selection will be merit-based, based on marks scored in CA / CMA Intermediate
- Reservation norms will apply as per Government guidelines
- Candidates must provide 9 preferences for posting under CIL or its subsidiary companies
Tie-breaker Criteria:
- Age
- Class 10 marks
Key Points
- Posting can be anywhere in India under CIL or its subsidiaries
- No TA / DA will be provided
- Accommodation is not guaranteed
- Leave entitlement: 1 day for every 20 days of training
