Ashika Capital Limited is hiring Interns / CA Industrial Trainees for its Merchant Banking (Investment / Merchant Banking) division.
This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to equity capital market transactions, financial analysis, deal execution, and investment research while working closely with senior professionals.

Role Exposure
- Assisting in execution of IPO and Pre-IPO transactions
- Supporting preparation of pitch decks, investment memorandums, and company presentations
- Conducting industry research, company analysis, and market benchmarking
- Performing financial analysis, ratio analysis, and valuation support
- Supporting due diligence processes and data room management
- Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external advisors
Eligibility
- Candidates who have completed CA, or
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines and desirous of gaining exposure in Merchant Banking
- Strong financial analysis and audit background
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as per assignment requirements
📌 Note: Mumbai-based candidates only.
Duration
- Internship: Minimum 6 months
- Industrial Training: As per ICAI Industrial Training requirements
