About the Job
Peshori Consultants is inviting applications for the role of Legal and Tax Associate (Fresher). This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on international tax, M&A advisory, and corporate law projects, providing strong exposure to complex legal and financial matters in a professional, growth-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Qualified CA or Semi-Qualified CA.
- Must have completed articleship or possess work experience in Tax Laws.
Areas of Work
- International Tax and Direct Tax
- Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory
- Corporate and Privacy Law Advisory
- FEMA Advisory
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advising clients on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, DTAA analysis, transfer pricing, and BEPS considerations.
- Assisting in structuring inbound and outbound investments in a tax-efficient manner.
- Conducting in-depth research on complex tax issues and preparing detailed reports and opinions.
- Supporting tax compliance and litigation for international clients.
