About the Job
Stemmons Business Services is hiring an experienced Property Accountant to manage and analyze financial activities related to real estate assets. The role involves preparing accurate monthly financials, reconciliations, journal entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Eligibility
- M.Com or CA Inter (Articleship experience will be considered)
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong expertise in finalisation of books of accounts
- High proficiency in MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
- Passing and uploading monthly journal entries
- Financial statement preparation, review, and variance analysis
- Bank reconciliations and tracking outstanding cash items
- Maintaining schedules for recurring entries (insurance, taxes, depreciation, etc.)
- Calculating monthly accruals for contract services
- Recording mortgage payments (interest, principal, escrow)
- Expense allocation between Mall and Tower segments
- Review of Partner Interest entries
- Balance sheet account analysis
- Managing prepaid commission schedules
- Uploading and publishing financials on internal portals
