About the Job
IDFC First Bharat Limited is expanding its Finance Team and is looking to onboard Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants. This role offers end-to-end exposure to finance and accounting processes, compliance, and process improvements within the microfinance domain.
Eligibility
- Semi-Qualified CA
- Strong fundamentals in accounting and finance
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Managing finance and accounting activities
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and internal requirements
- Leading process improvements and supporting financial reporting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
