About the Job
The Transaction Advisory Services Consultant will assist in preparing various schedules required by the financial due diligence team in India and/or the United States, focusing on buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity funds and strategic buyers.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CA Freshers would be preferred.
- Two years of post-qualification experience in a similar function is also a preference.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential.
Responsibilities
Required tasks include preparing analytical schedules, identifying transaction focus areas, researching technical accounting topics (preferably U.S. GAAP), analyzing working capital trends, and investigating contingent liabilities. The consultant will support the team with site visit preparation, Due Diligence Adjustments (EBITDA and NWC), and report deliverables.
