About the Job
Double Entry is hiring an Executive for Accounts Payable, Banking, Treasury, and TDS functions at its Hyderabad office. This role offers hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations and compliance in a dynamic work environment.
Eligibility
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant
- 2–3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and treasury operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice handling, approvals, and payments
- Perform vendor reconciliations
- Oversee treasury operations including fund transfers and bank reconciliations
- Handle TDS deductions and reporting as per tax regulations
- Coordinate with auditors for assessments
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Utilize Excel for data reconciliation and analysis
