M.C. Jain & Co is hiring Article Trainees for its Defence Colony, Delhi office in the Direct Taxation domain. The role focuses on practical exposure to tax compliance, litigation, and advisory work.
Eligibility
- Registered CA Article Trainee
- Strong interest in direct taxation
- Good communication and drafting skills
Stipend / Salary
INR 10,000 per month (1st year), INR 15,000 per month (2nd year)
What You Will Work On
- Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns for clients
- Assisting in tax audits and Form 3CD reporting
- Handling TDS/TCS compliance and return filings
- Supporting scrutiny assessments and income-tax proceedings
- Drafting replies, submissions, and legal representations
- Assisting in direct tax litigation and appeals
- Supporting tax planning, advisory, and account finalization for tax purposes
