About the Opportunity

Nirmal Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Finance Management Trainee for its Thane office. The role is suited for finance professionals with approximately 1–2 years of experience who are interested in working across accounting, financial analysis, data management, ERP systems, and strategic finance projects.

Eligibility

• Qualified CA, CMA (ICWA), or MBA in Finance & Systems
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of accounting, costing, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What You Will Work On

• Analyzing financial statements and supporting accounting reviews
• Assisting with cost accounting, product margin analysis, and cost center evaluation
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports using large datasets
• Building and updating financial models for budgeting and forecasting

• Assisting with ERP implementation, optimization, and finance system reviews
• Coordinating with finance, operations, IT, and other business teams
