About the Opportunity
Fractal is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Mumbai office. The role offers exposure to corporate finance, accounting, audits, taxation, internal controls, compliance, and automation projects. Students will work closely with finance teams and gain practical experience in managing finance operations within a technology-driven global organization.

Eligibility
- CA students eligible for industrial training
- Completed at least 2 years of articleship
- Preference for candidates from Big 4 or mid-sized Chartered Accountancy firms
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams
- Problem-solving mindset
- Project management skills preferred
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting key accounting and financial reporting activities across the group
- Researching accounting standards and technical accounting matters
- Assisting with Ind AS compliance and related finance processes
- Supporting statutory audits and coordinating with auditors
- Working on internal controls and financial compliance reviews
- Assisting with income tax and GST-related accounting matters
- Participating in finance automation and process improvement projects
- Supporting special finance and taxation projects as required
