About the Opportunity
Cummins India Limited is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Pune office. The role offers hands-on exposure to internal controls, risk assessment, process improvement, SOX testing, and finance operations. This opportunity is ideal for CA students interested in internal audit, controls, compliance, and manufacturing finance functions.

Eligibility
- CA Intermediate (both groups) cleared
- Minimum 1 year of completed CA articleship
- Eligible for industrial training under ICAI guidelines
- Available for a full-time internship of 12 months
- Knowledge of SOX testing preferred
- Interest in internal audit and internal controls
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Assisting in the development and execution of annual internal control plans
- Reviewing and testing financial and operational internal controls
- Identifying process risks and recommending control improvements
- Preparing and updating process maps, flowcharts, and control documentation
- Supporting SOX testing and internal control assessments
- Participating in process improvement initiatives across finance functions
- Assisting in stakeholder communication regarding audit findings and recommendations
- Supporting training initiatives related to internal controls and accounting policies
