About the Opportunity
Oxyzo Financial Services is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its finance team in Gurugram. This opportunity is designed for CA Final students seeking industrial training exposure in finance, taxation, accounting, audit support, and financial reporting within a fast-growing fintech and NBFC environment.
Eligibility
- CA Final students eligible for Industrial Training
- Strong interest in finance, taxation, and accounting

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation activities
- Supporting GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC tracking, and mismatch resolution
- Working on TDS compliance, monthly workings, challan payments, and quarterly returns
- Assisting with vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations
- Supporting preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss schedules, and Balance Sheet schedules
- Assisting in month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes
- Supporting statutory audit requirements and audit documentation
- Coordinating with finance teams to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
