About the Opportunity

Cummins India is hiring one CA Industrial Trainee for a full-time 11–12 month training program at its Balewadi, Pune office. The selected candidate is expected to join in the first week of August 2026 and will gain exposure to audit, accounting, compliance, and finance-related functions within a large multinational corporate environment.

Eligibility

• CA Foundation and CA Intermediate cleared
• Minimum one year of completed CA Articleship under the New Scheme
• Eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
• Experience in internal audits, statutory audits, and/or tax audits
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Supporting internal audit and compliance review activities
• Assisting in statutory audit and audit documentation processes
• Working on financial reporting and accounting-related assignments
• Reviewing business processes and internal control frameworks

• Supporting audit observations, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
• Collaborating with finance and business teams on audit-related projects
